This project was an L-shaped building, where the two legs of the mall had a main thoroughfare walkway with a triangular pipe truss that was curved and connected the roof together. The main entryway also had a very complicated truss system. However, the market crashed in late 2008, and the owner of the mall could not get enough tenants to fill the balance of the building. The project was cancelled, torn down, and then rebuilt later in 2013.
