Martino & Luth structural engineers out of Denver, Colorado detailed the rebar and concrete, while Axis detailed all the structural steel. This meant the model was shared back and forth. As a result, the original project schedule was advanced by ten weeks and saved the owner over $100,000. This was such a huge success that Tekla wrote a white paper on the delivery method we used, which was called Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
