Patrick Graves
VP of Operations
Patrick joined Axis in 2008 and has over 30 years of experience in the steel detailing and construction industry. He currently serves as Vice-President of Operations at Axis managing the daily operations. With his experience, he supervises project managers with all aspects of the projects and helps to oversee scheduling. He has also worked for many fabricators and knows shop procedures. Patrick also has experience with BIM to help projects avoid problems in the field. Additionally, he manages project changes and works with the customer to incorporate these with the least amount of impact for all involved.
Kaelene Schoen
Vice President
Kaelene is the Vice President of Human Resources at Axis. She joined the company in 2008 and has been instrumental in building our internal processes and procedures.
Kaelene came to Axis with +15 years of experience in the mortgage industry where she worked as VP of Operations overseeing all processes and procedures including human resources and accounting for 8+ locations.
Garrett Harris
Systems Development Manager
Garrett joined Axis in 2013 and quickly became an integral part of the Axis team. He is our systems development manager as well as a senior checker. Garrett earned an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting Technologies from Utah Valley University and was included on the Dean’s List for academic achievement.
Jan Phillips
Project Manager & Scanning Manager
Jan joined Axis in 2011 with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Drafting from Utah Valley University and has over 8 years of experience in steel detailing. He is currently a project manager that is responsible for production, documentation and supervises project coordinators and steel detailers to ensure projects are done accurately and on schedule.
