What is Axis Virtual Construction?
Over the past couple of years, we have expanded our expertise and service offerings to include point scanning, engineering & connection design, consulting, and other aspects of the virtual construction process. Axis Virtual Construction better represents the services we provide to steel fabricators, general contractors, and other stakeholders in the design and construction process of large steel projects.
Our mission is to unite communities by building complex steel structures. We lead the way by providing cutting edge BIM modeling services to the construction industry.
Axis Virtual Construction is the parent company of Axis Steel Detailing, Axis Point Scanning, Alliance Virtual Construction & Consulting, and Alliance Engineering & Connection Design. We will retain the domain axissteel.com and there will be no change to our email addresses.

We will continue to offer industry leading, cutting edge steel detailing services. This remains our core business and we are committed to growing our team of 100% domestic steel detailers.
3D Laser Point Scanning
Our laser scanning technology will keep your project on time & under budget. We scan and create 3D models of the project after key milestones. These models can be used to make changes before steel fabrication and facilitate the BIM process.
Consulting Services
Don Engler P.E., and I have teamed up to offer consulting, expert witness, and peer review services for engineering, steel detailing, fabrication, and erection. You can see some examples of our work on the company’s LinkedIn page.
